SIMCALL.ME provides a digital service for selecting, purchasing and managing travel data eSIM plans.

Device compatibility

Before purchase, the customer should confirm that the device supports eSIM and is not restricted by a carrier lock that prevents use of the selected eSIM.

Data service

Unless clearly stated otherwise, plans are for mobile data and do not include standard GSM voice or SMS services. Coverage, speed and network availability may depend on the visited country, the selected plan and local operator conditions.

Activation

The validity start and activation conditions for a plan are shown in the product information when available. The user should follow the installation and activation instructions supplied with the order.
