SIMCALL.ME aims to collect only the data needed to provide the service and to process personal data only to the extent required for the customer experience.

Account and billing profile

Basic account information may be collected when account access is enabled. Billing identifiers such as a Turkish ID Number (TCKN) or Tax Number (VKN) are not required merely to create an account; they are requested only when needed for billing before a purchase.

eSIM and order data

The purchased plan, order status, eSIM delivery or activation references and service information associated with the customer account may be stored. Only data needed to fulfil the order is shared with the eSIM supplier.

Payment security

SIMCALL is designed so that card numbers and CVV values are not stored in SIMCALL systems. Payments will be processed through the secure infrastructure of the selected authorised payment provider.

Security

Access permissions are limited, and sensitive fields are intended to be protected through application-level encryption, secret management, audit logging and secure communication methods.
